SINCE THEN I HAVE PURCHASED AND/OR UPGRADED THREE ADDITIONAL MACHINES, MAINLY BECAUSE OF THE FRIENDLY KNOWLEDGEABLE STAFF. "GOLD PLATED PERFORMANCE. I WENT THROUGH THE SURVEY PRIOR TO FILLING OUT THESE COMMENTS,COULD ONLY FIND A 5 STAR RATEING, SHOULD HAVE BEEN 1O. THANKS TO ALL WHO JOINED IN AND PULLED TOGETHER TO GET THE # 10 AUGER BIT BACK TO ME IN SUCH A SHORT TIME FRAME. ON TUESDAY JUNE 1/10 MY AUGER DRIVE BLEW OUT A SEAL DURING THE MORNING, I PHONED DURHAM BOBCAT IN A LITTLE BIT IF PANICK AT 11 AM AND TOLD THEM WHAT HAD HAPPENEND. BY 1140 AM THAT HAD BROUGHT ME A REPLACEMENT, AND TOOK MINE IN FOR REPAIR. WITHIN 2 HOURS THEY WERE BACK ON THE ROAD TO DELIVER MY AUGER DRIVE TO ME. THIS IS A WELL ROUNED TEAM OF PROFESSIONALS THAT UNDERSTAND THERE IS NO TIME FOR DOWNTIME. "You guys are the best. I've always got the service and pricing I need, even when I give short notice. I consulted with Jeff about a problem I had with a machine that I purchased elswhere, before Durham East opened, and he stood behind a part that he didn't even sell! The other dealership won't even give me the time of day. With Bobcat of Durham East, Parts are waiting on the counter when I show up and rentals are loaded on my float before I have finished filling out the paperwork. Keep up the good work guys. "
